Also carrier is offering up to $800 trade in credit for replacement of your current air conditioner with a new high efficiency system. This only applies for systems installed by the end of February 2011. You can now set up an account and view your own service requests in real time as well as past service calls. In the next few months it will also contain all of the back data so you can access historical information on your home or business. This is all in an attempt to make the site work for you. We will also have relevant information including some tutorial videos on the front portion of the website.
